1. Acceptance of These Terms
By creating an account, purchasing a plan or using the platform, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Terms. Do not use the platform if you do not agree.
2. Accounts and Eligibility
- You must provide accurate and current registration details.
- You are responsible for protecting your password and account access.
- You must promptly report suspected unauthorised access.
- One person or organisation must not impersonate another party.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
3. Platform Service
The platform may provide AI-assisted website generation, visual and source-code editing, website management, hosting, SSL support, subdomains, custom-domain publishing, billing, support and related functionality.
Features, limits and availability depend on your selected plan. We may improve, replace, restrict or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for security, compliance, maintenance or product development.
4. User Content and AI-Generated Output
You retain responsibility for content you upload or enter. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, reproduce and transmit that content only as needed to provide and secure the service.
AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, similar to other output or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You must review all generated content before publishing it and obtain any required professional, regulatory or legal approval.
You must have the rights and permissions required for every logo, photograph, trademark, business name, description, document and other item submitted to the platform.
5. Plans, Billing and Renewal
Plan prices, billing periods, limits and included services are displayed before purchase. Unless stated otherwise, paid plans are billed for the period shown at checkout.
- Applicable charges are due before paid access is activated.
- Taxes, bank fees and currency charges may apply where relevant.
- Failed or reversed payments may result in restricted access.
- Plan changes may affect website limits and available features.
- Refund requests are handled under the published Refund Terms.
6. Domains, Hosting and Third-Party Services
Domain registration, DNS, SSL, email, payment and AI functions may rely on third-party providers. Their availability, processing times, eligibility rules and separate terms may apply.
You are responsible for maintaining domain ownership, providing correct DNS settings, renewing external services when required and ensuring published content is lawful.
7. Prohibited Use
You must not use the platform to:
- Publish unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory or deceptive content.
- Create phishing pages, malware, credential theft or harmful code.
- Infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy or other rights.
- Send spam or operate misleading promotions.
- Attempt unauthorised access, scanning or service disruption.
- Circumvent account limits, security controls or payment requirements.
- Use another person's personal data without proper authority.
8. Intellectual Property
The platform software, interface, branding, templates, documentation and underlying systems remain the property of their respective owners. Your subscription grants a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service during the paid or permitted access period.
9. Backups and Published Content
We may maintain operational backups, but you should retain independent copies of important text, images, exported files, domain records and business information. Backup restoration is not guaranteed in every circumstance.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to investigate security issues, non-payment, unlawful use, abuse, excessive resource consumption or a material breach of these Terms.
You may stop using the service at any time. Ending use does not automatically create a right to a refund for a completed billing period, domain purchase or service already supplied.
11. Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, provider outages, internet failures, cyber incidents and other events may temporarily affect access.
12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, sales, revenue, traffic, regulatory approval or business results.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from AI output, user content, third-party providers, data loss, service interruption or unauthorised account use. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Indemnity
You agree to be responsible for claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful content, infringement of third-party rights, misuse of the platform or material breach of these Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect service, security, commercial or legal changes. Continued use after an updated effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
